International seminars and masterclasses

We deliver international seminars and masterclasses based on Andrey Novikov’s signature programs and travel worldwide upon invitation from studios, education centers and professional communities. The format and duration (from one‑day intensives to multi‑module trainings) are arranged individually. Seminar content follows the core courses and modules offered at the Academy, with possible adaptation to the host’s specific needs. Pricing and organizational details are agreed on a case‑by‑case basis.

Andrey Novikov

Founder of Smart Body Academy
Andrey Novikov is an internationally certified Pilates teacher and educator with extensive experience working both with clients and fellow professionals. He teaches in Russian and English, leads regular programs at his Academy and is invited to conduct workshops and seminars in different countries. Andrey’s background includes long‑term work with people who have spinal issues, postural problems and chronic pain, as well as mentoring instructors who want to deepen their understanding of the method.
Across all formats, he keeps the focus on clear explanations, respectful communication and creating a safe learning environment where questions and feedback are welcome.

About his Pilates method

Psychosomatic release method: mind-body
Andrey’s approach is rooted in the classical Pilates method and informed by contemporary research on movement, stabilizer muscles and postural control in people with musculoskeletal conditions. The work is built around restoring deep stabilizing systems, improving alignment and breathing, and integrating these changes into everyday movement rather than chasing “fitness results” in isolation.
In practical terms this means careful assessment, progressive sequencing and intelligent use of both matwork and equipment to meet each person where they are. Exercises are adapted, layered and refined so that clients can move safely, reduce pain, build resilience and gradually return to more complex, confident movement in daily life and sport.
