Andrey’s approach is rooted in the classical Pilates method and informed by contemporary research on movement, stabilizer muscles and postural control in people with musculoskeletal conditions. The work is built around restoring deep stabilizing systems, improving alignment and breathing, and integrating these changes into everyday movement rather than chasing “fitness results” in isolation.
In practical terms this means careful assessment, progressive sequencing and intelligent use of both matwork and equipment to meet each person where they are. Exercises are adapted, layered and refined so that clients can move safely, reduce pain, build resilience and gradually return to more complex, confident movement in daily life and sport.
